These terms govern your use of the Ollim app. By using Ollim, you agree to them.
Ollim (formerly Maxxd) is the same app and service under its new name.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Ollim on devices you own or control, for your own training. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
Subscriptions & billing
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices may change; we will give notice as required.
Acceptable use
Use Ollimlawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
Fitness disclaimer
Ollim provides training suggestions computed from the data you log. It is not medical advice. Lifting involves risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You are responsible for training safely.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ollimis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury sustained while training.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
