Frequently asked
- What is Ollim?
- Ollim is your AI personal trainer for iPhone and Apple Watch. It gives you a computed target for every set — weight, reps, volume — and adapts as you log your training.
- How are my targets computed?
- Our server computes your progression from the sets you actually log. The app displays those targets and collects your results — it doesn't guess at the programming.
- What's the difference between Free and Premium?
- Premium unlocks two things: your next block — when a program ends, your coach derives the next one from everything you logged, and you start it in a tap — and running more than one program at once. Free covers one active program with full session logging and progress.
- Why did my coach pick this program?
- Open “Why this program” from the row above your week. It lays out the reasoning: every muscle trained twice a week, the volume you can recover from, the injury it works around — one line each, with the full explanation when you tap it. It reads your current plan, so it stays accurate after a swap.
- Can I ask my coach to change my program?
- Yes. In “Why this program,” type one line at the bottom — “more arm work, easier lower days” — and your coach reworks the rest of the block around it. Sessions you already logged stay exactly as they are, and you get a receipt of what changed. If it isn't what you wanted, “Put it back” undoes the whole thing in one tap.
- How do I log a meal?
- Point the camera at your plate — or just describe it — and your coach names the dish, sizes the portions, and counts the calories and protein. Every estimate leads with the dish and what one like it usually costs, so a big plate reads as a big plate, not a mistake. Tap ×0.5 / ×1 / ×1.5 to fix a portion, or open the ingredients to correct, add, or remove anything.
- What happens to my meal photos?
- By default a photo is used once for the estimate and discarded — we don't store it, and the app strips its metadata, including location, before upload. If you opt in to “Keep my meal photos,” kept photos are used only to improve the estimator, and they're deleted with their meal log — or with your account.
- How are my calorie and protein targets set?
- They're computed from your body, your goal and pace, and your day-to-day activity — not a generic 2,000. Targets move weekly, never daily: a coach who rewrites your numbers every evening isn't coaching. And within a few weeks, your coach measures your real burn from the weeks you actually logged, so your own data replaces the formulas.
- Do I have to use the nutrition side?
- No. If you never set it up, Ollim works as a pure training app. And if you set it up and change your mind, Profile lets you switch the nutrition coaching off — nothing is deleted, and everything is there if you come back.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also email us and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account removes your training and nutrition data — including any meal photos you kept — from our servers.
- How can I get Ollim?
- The App Store area on this site always shows current availability. When downloads are open, it links directly to the listing.
