Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This policy explains what data Ollim collects, why, and how you stay in control of it. We keep it plain-English and honest.
Ollim (formerly Maxxd) is the same app and service under its new name.
Account & identity
You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google. When you do, we store the provider’s subject identifier (a stable ID that is unique to you) and your email address. We use these to identify your account and to contact you about your account. We do not receive or store your Apple or Google password.
Workout & training data
The sets you log, your programs, targets, and progress are stored on our servers (a FastAPI backend) so your training can be computed and synced across your iPhone and Apple Watch. This data belongs to you.
AI program generation
Ollimis an AI personal trainer. When you ask for a program, our server asks a third-party AI model to choose exercises from our own exercise catalog. That request contains only anonymous programming inputs — your training goal, experience level, the workout day’s name, per-muscle set targets, the list of eligible exercises, and any body parts you asked us to work around. It never includes your name, email, account identifiers, or any Apple Health data, and under our agreement with the AI provider these requests are not used to train its models.
Every number in your program — sets, volume, progression — is computed and validated by our own engine.
Apple Health
During a workout, your Apple Watch measures your heart rate; the session’s average and maximum are saved with that workout on our servers. If you choose to connect Apple Health, we also read your body weight, body fat percentage, and lean body mass and store them on our servers to show your trend alongside your training. With your permission, we read your age range and biological sex once to pre-fill your profile.
Every read is gated by iOS’s Health permission prompt, and you can change Ollim’s access at any time in the Health app. Your health data is used only to power your own features. Beyond the infrastructure that hosts our servers, we never share it with any third party — not the AI service, not ad networks — and we never use it for advertising. Deleting your account deletes it from our servers.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store, and subscription state is managed on our side via RevenueCat. Payment card details are handled by Apple — no card data ever touches our servers.
Advertising
The free tier shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads. On iOS this is governed by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) rules — you choose whether to allow tracking, and we respect that choice.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data. We collect only what the app needs to work and to compute your training.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing us at support@ollim.app. Deleting your account removes your training data from our servers.
